My name is Tiffany Hill. I am writing to you - the Metro East Inferno female future Canada Games players. I spent most of my hockey years playing for Dartmouth Whalers and Cole Harbour Wings since the age of 5 years old. My first all female team was in Atom. I have so many great memories from throughout those years; bottle drives, bus trips, hockey tournaments, hotel mini stick games, scavenger hunts, street hockey games against our parents, provincials, dressing room dancing, team meals and of course winning a few games. Sharing the love of the game with a great group of players and coaches.

I want to encourage each and everyone of you to follow your dreams, have fun, love the game and work hard, set goals because time sure does go by fast. I can remember 4 years ago looking up to my older sister who made the Canada Games team in 2015, it seemed so far away for me and now here I am.

I have the honor to play for Team Nova Scotia at the Canada Winter games this February in Red Deer
Alberta. As well as the honor of being named one of the assistant captains of our hockey team. So Dreams do come true!

Shoot some extra pucks in your driveway, play your others sports, watch some hockey games, take advantage of opportunities to grow on and off the ice, be a good teammate and a coachable player because you too can be on the Canada Winter Games team in 2023! Believe in yourself and be grateful to your family for all their support.
